GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TREATMENTS
Definitions
- HaircarebySen : The company, established in Leeuwarden under Chamber of Commerce number 75483602.
- Customer : The person who has made an appointment for treatments at HaircarebySen.
- Parties : HaircarebySen and the customer jointly.
- Consumer : A customer who acts as an individual and in a private capacity.
Applicability
These conditions apply to all appointments, treatments and services provided by or on behalf of HaircarebySen. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing. The applicability of additional or deviating conditions of the customer or third parties is hereby excluded.
Appointments and Cancellations
Dates
- The customer is expected to confirm the appointment by making it in writing or electronically.
- The client must register for the treatment in a timely manner and ensure that all relevant information and conditions for the execution of the treatment have been provided.
Cancellation
- Timely Cancellation : If the customer is unable to attend, the customer must cancel the appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Late Cancellation : For cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, the following charges apply:
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the total amount of the treatment.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the appointment: 100% of the total amount of the treatment.
- No Show : If the customer does not appear at the agreed time and has not cancelled, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the total amount of the treatment.
Payments
- Payments must be made immediately after treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
- The customer will receive an invoice which must be paid within 7 days of receipt.
Changes and Force Majeure
- HaircarebySen reserves the right to change treatments and prices. Changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
- In the event of force majeure, including illness of staff, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, HaircarebySen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments without liability for any damages.
Complaints
- The customer is obliged to check the delivered treatment immediately after completion for any deficiencies.
- Complaints must be submitted to HaircarebySen in writing within 1 month of detection, with a detailed description of the complaint.
Liability
- HaircarebySen is only liable for damage that is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of HaircarebySen or its staff.
- HaircarebySen's liability is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance, with the exception of indirect damage.
Applicable Law
These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from these conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the district where HaircarebySen is established.
